Andrew is also one of the owners of 1st Executive who specialise in Executive Search, Recruitment and Leadership Development.

He is Strategic thinker and business performance executive with over 30  years of corporate management, sales and marketing and entrepreneurial experience across industries that include: Retail, Services, Manufacturing, Marketing, Automotive, FMCG, Consumer Durables, IT and T, Internet, Entertainment, Consumer Electronics and Sports Sponsorship and Administration.

His interest in how technology and marketing deliver value started with how he shaped the presentation of car rental products on early airline reservation systems. It continued with consulting to major brands on distribution using GIS software supporting sales of everything from soft drinks and ice creams to luxury cars, running a fast growing website business, being an early adopter of social media in business and more recently into all areas of digital transformation from holograms to speed detection devices.,/p>
